お肉食べまくりダイエット

私はお肉を好きなだけ食べてダイエットに成功しました。

期間を決めて1ヶ月試してみたのですが、結果的にマイナス3キロ痩せることができました。

お肉と言うとカロリーが高くて太りそうなイメージがありますが、どんな種類のお肉でもほとんど糖質が含まれていないので、お肉を中心とした食生活を送っていると自然と糖質制限ダイエットになっています。

それに腹持ちも良いので女性の場合であれば、そこまで大量のお肉を食べなくても自然とお腹がいっぱいになって満たされます。

食べる量を制限しているわけではないので特にストレスが溜まるわけでもなく、いろんな種類のお肉があるので楽しみながらダイエットできました。

でもお肉だけではダメなのできちんと野菜も取るようにしました。

糖質を取らなくても脳に栄養はいくということが最近ではわかってきたので、人間の体に糖質は必要ないと言われるようになってきました。

その証拠にほとんど肉と野菜しか食べてないので糖質をあまりとっていないのにもかかわらず、1ヶ月後も健康な状態でした。

あと特に運動をしていたわけでもないのに、体は徐々に引き締まっていきました。

前にお肉を一切食べないダイエットをしたことがありましたが、その時は体重は減ったのですが、見た目は変わりませんでした。

なのでお肉を食べないと筋肉が落ちるだけで見た目は引き締まらないということがわかったので、今回のダイエットを試したのですが、結果的に大成功だったので嬉しく思っています。
