すごすぎるココナッツオイルの効能

ココナッツオイルは食べて良し、塗って良し、美容と健康には大変役立つ油です。

ダイエットに油は大敵と言われていたのは昔の話しで、今は効果的なダイエットには良質の油を摂る事は常識とまでされていますよね。

では良質の油というのはどういったものでしょうか。

ココナッツオイルは中鎖脂肪酸に分類されます。

もちろん油なのでカロリーはしっかりとありますので、大量に使うとカロリーオーバーになってしまいますので注意が必要ですが、普段料理に使っている油をココナッツオイルに変えるだけで、脂肪が付きにくく、既に体についてしまっている脂肪を減らしやすくなります。

ココナッツオイルを摂取してから運動をすると、分解された脂肪を効率よく燃焼させてくれるので、高いダイエット効果が期待できます。

料理をあまりしない方の場合は、コーヒーや紅茶に混ぜて飲んでしまうのもお勧めです。

カップにそのままたらすだけでも良いのですが、それですと油っぽさが残ります。

飲み物と一緒にミキサーにかけて撹拌してしまうと、油っぽさも感じることなく飲めるのでお勧めですよ。

ビタミンEも豊富に含まれているので、肌荒れ改善効果も期待が出来ますし、腸壁をキレイにする効果があるので、便秘改善にも役立ちます。

更に高い抗酸化作用があるので、お肌の老化防止にも期待ができます。

また、肌に直接塗るのも良いですよ。

化粧水などでスキンケアをした後に、薄く塗れば保湿剤として使えるだけではなく、紫外線をカットする性質もあるので、日焼け防止にも役立ちますし、抗炎症作用があるため、日焼けをしてしまった肌の回復のお手伝いまでしてくれます。

毛穴汚れが気になる場合のオイルマッサージに使うのも良いですよね。

美容効果だけでも沢山の効果を持つココナッツオイルですが、生活習慣病の予防や、血管や脳の健康維持、免疫力強化や疲労回復効果など、健康効果も沢山含まれている油ですので、ぜひ毎日の生活に積極的に摂りいれて行きたい油ですね。
