ボディケアは毎日コツコツ継続することが大事です。

一度肌荒れを起こすと元に戻すのは大変ですよね。

普段からケアしておくと、ちょっとのダメージでは負けない肌を作ることができますよ。

私は乾燥しがちなので、ボディクリームやローションで保湿をするようにしています。

夏はさっぱりとしたジェルクリーム、冬は保湿力が高いオイルがお気に入りです。

ひざ下、ひじ、ひざはかさつきやすいので、特に入念に保湿させています。

以前は乾燥が原因で粉をふくことがあったのですが、気をつけてケアするようになってからは、乾燥が気にならなくなってきました。

ざらつきが気になる時は、ゴマージュを週に1回くらい使用しています。

やりすぎると肌を傷めてしまうので注意が必要ですが、ツルツルの感触になるので気に入っています。
