的確なケアで目元のシワを改善！

歳を重ねるにつれて、女性を悩ます要因として上位にあげられる目元のシワ。

加齢に伴うものでなくても、若い頃からカラスの足跡のような目元のシワが気になっていて…という方は多いはずです。

その目元のシワの原因には色々あります。

目の疲れからくるもの、乾燥からくるものなど。

私の場合は目にストレスが溜まっているなと感じた時に鏡をみると深いシワが目立つような気がします。

そういう時は、まず夜かお休みの日にするホットケアがお勧めです。

市販のホットアイマスクを使用して、目をゆっくりと休ませます。

パソコンを長時間見ていたり、特に目を使う方は目にストレスがかなり溜まっていると思われますので、これが一番効果的だと思います。

そしてこのアイマスクだけでもかなり効果があると思うのですが、外したあとに、アイクリームで保湿してあげるとなお効果的です。

こちらは乾燥対策です。

他の部位も乾燥をすると粉が吹いたようになったり、シワができたりするのですが、目元は皮膚がとても薄い箇所ですので、ちょっとした乾燥にも弱いです。

力を入れないで、優しくクリームを染み込ますように塗ります。

ゴシゴシ塗り込むのは絶対にＮＧ、シワやくすみが悪化してしまいますので。

お勧めは綿棒を使うことです。

綿棒ですと力を入れようにも入らないので、優しくケアすることができます。

目元のシワを改善するのに一番なのは毎日夜更かししないこととストレスをなるべく溜めないことですが、そうも言ってはいられないという方が多いので、このようなケアで目元のシワを少しでも目立たなくして綺麗を保ちたいですね。
