循環を良くし、呼吸法でも若々しく

ヨガは静かな動きが主です。

1つ1つのポーズを身体が味わうように、ポーズ中もポーズが終わった後もその余韻を楽しみます。

また、ヨガは身体が柔らかくなりますが、それに関しても、決して反動を付けたりせず、気持ちが良いところまでで止めます。

あくまで身体が気持ち良いと感じる所までです。

痛さや辛さを感じるまでやってはいけません。

それでも半年ほど続けていると、身体が随分柔らかくなっていることに気付くでしょう。

また、それと同時に体内の循環が良くなり、冷え性などは解消されていることに気付くはずです。

ゆっくり鼻で呼吸しながら身体を伸ばしていくヨガは、実は身体の隅々まで使う全身運動です。

そして、全身を使うことに依って、血行も良くなりますし、リンパの流れも良くなります。

実は、リンパは血液と違って自然には流れません。

私達が身体を使う、つまり筋肉を動かさないと滞ってしまうのです。

身体の中の老廃物をろ過したり、体外に排出してくれる役割を果たすリンパの流れがヨガによってスムーズになれば、当然美容にも良いのです。

冷え性だけではなく、皴を予防し若々しくいることが出来ます。

もう一つ、鼻からゆっくり息を吸い、またゆっくり鼻から息を吐くのがヨガの呼吸法です。

横隔膜を意識して、腹式呼吸でお腹を膨らませたりへこませたりします。

これが神経を落ち着かせてくれるのです。

ストレスが溜まっていたり、イライラする時は、あぐらを組んでこの呼吸法を５~１０分行うと気持ちが落ち着き、気分も良くなってきます。

美容とは、見かけの問題だけではありません。

身体の中も、精神的にも落ち着いた、明るい状態であるならば、その人はきっと輝いているはずです。
