1年間で27㎏のダイエットに成功した私。
元々がすごく太っていたというのはありますが、このダイエット、よくある「急激に痩せたらお腹がたるんだ」ということをあまり感じませんでした。
その理由を考えてみると、運動、食事制限はもちろん半身浴中のマッサージにポイントがあったのではないかと気付きました。
運動はウォーキングや軽い筋トレというよくあるもの、食事制限も間食を控えて腹八分目というスタンダードなものだったのですが、半身浴中にリンパマッサージとフェイストレーニングをするようにしていたのです。
元々の体重が多かったものですから当然セルライトにも悩まされていたのですが、セルライトは老廃物と脂肪細胞がくっついたものという事を知っていたので体が温まり脂肪が柔らかくなる半身浴中にしっかりと揉み解し、さらに老廃物が流れるようにリンパマッサージを実行したところ、5㎏くらい減量したころから赤く線になって見えるほど酷かったセルライトの凸凹が少しずつ減り始め、15㎏減量時にはうっすら見えるかな？
という程度にまで改善しました。
これが嬉しくてさらにダイエットへのモチベーションがアップしついに27キロ減。
今でもちょっとむくんだりした時には水分をしっかり取りながら半身浴をして、老廃物を出来るだけ持ち越さないようにしています。
美容のためにダイエットをしているときというのは運動や食事を減らしている影響で水分不足になりがちで、老廃物が上手に流れにくい状態になっています。
水分を意識してしっかり取る半身浴とリンパマッサージを行うと、古い老廃物を捨てることが出来て綺麗な体を作りやすくなるので、ダイエットで体がたるむのが心配な人にはぜひ試してもらいたいと思います。
その際お風呂上りにボディクリームでしっかり保湿もしてあげると乾燥も防げてさらに効果がでるのでそれもあわせてオススメしたいです。
