毎日日焼けを防ぐケアを怠りません。

シミが出来やすい体質なので、３月くらいからは日焼け対策がかかせません。

まずは基本の日焼け止め、やっぱりちょっとゴミ捨てに行くだけだから、と起きたてのその顔で何も塗らずに出ていると顔だけ黒く焼けてしまいますし、シミがさらに増えてしまいます。

長袖からのぞいた手の甲だけがくっきりと日焼けしてしまうので、注意が必要です。

毎日１分だけでも積み重なれば大きな日焼けの後になってしまうのです。

車の運転をするのですが、いつも日が当たる右側の方が手の甲も、顔のシミも多くて驚きます。

長年少しずつ蝕まれていった結果なのだなと思います。

特に手の甲はパッと目につくところですし、ここにシミがあると一気に老人っぽくなってしまうのでとても嫌です。

こんな事のないようにしたいので、車に乗る時にもまずは日焼け止め、ファンデーションをしっかり塗り日焼け止めを塗った手を肩下からの長い手袋で全部覆ってしまいます。

指先までの手袋タイプがやはり一番日焼けしないので、これを買っています。

最近では手のひらにすべり止めがしてあるものもあるので、そういうものを車の運転では使うようにしています。

そしてサンバイザーもしてすこしでも日焼けを防いでいます。

このお蔭で毎年手首から手袋をはめたように日焼けしていたのですが、毎日少しの時間でも日焼けにならないように、注意してすごすようにしたら、腕と手の甲の色が一緒のままです。

今年こそ、これ以上日焼けしてシミを増やさないようにしたいと思っています。
